Levels & Effects
Level 1: Issues the player with the basic EE-3 carbine.
Level 2: Provides the weapon with a scope add-on, accessible through the secondary fire button. It also has a much faster rate of fire than Level 1.
Level 3: Unlocks the weapon's sniper mode, accessible through the toggle weapon mode button. This shot deals much more damage than a normal shot, and moves much faster. Each sniper shot takes 50 ammo.

Gameplay Tips
