ARC Trooper

ARC TrooperThe Advanced Recon Commando Troopers are the elite commandos of the clone army - reserved for the most important and dangerous missions.

Weapons & Abilities

  • Clone Pistol:
    • Level 1: A standard-issue pistol, with nothing special about it.
    • Level 2: Enables secondary charged bouncing shot - higher charge allows for more bounces.
    • Level 3: Dual clone pistols are attained.
  • PLX-1 Rocket Launcher:
    • Rocket launcher with a limited amount of rockets, the ARC will go to a still crouching position when firing.
    • Level 1: Gives the PLX-1 launcher, and a single rocket.
    • Level 2: Gives a second rocket, and allows the use of Pulse Rockets in conjunction with the purchase of Pulse Grenades. (1 Rocket + 1 Pulse Grenade = 1 Pulse Rocket. Toggle between modes with Weapon Mode key.)
    • Level 3: Gives four more rockets, for a total of six.
  • Pulse Grenade:
    • Causes electrical damage to anything it hits - resulting in damage to players and also causing ammo to be drained from weapons. Has additional effects on droid classes such as Droideka and Super Battle Droid.
    • Each level adds one pulse grenade.
    • Maximum: 3.
  • Dexterity:
    • Using Dexterity drains part of your Stamina each time you perform an acrobatic move. If you don't have enough Stamina to perform the move(For example, doing a Recovery Roll after being knocked down.) you will not be able to perform the move.
    • Level 1: Allows rolls whilst using a weapon and dives.
    • Level 2: Allows highjumps and flip jumps.
    • Level 3: Allows the ARC to Recovery Roll quickly back onto his feet when force pushed or knocked from his feet by an explosion.
  • Stamina:
    • Higher levels in this ability allow you to regain lost stamina faster. Sprinting and performing acrobatics (see the Dexterity attribute above) drains your stamina.
    • Level 3: Permits you to regenerate lost Stamina without having to slow down to a walk or stop.
  • Very strong armour

Class Specials

  • Special 1 (TAP):
    • Sprint. Enables you to temporarily run at an increased speed. The increased running rate stops automatically when you walk again. You must have enough stamina left (blue bar at right) to initiate a sprint.
  • Special 2 (TAP):
    • Dive. A quick evasive move, in the direction you're moving in.

Clone Trooper

Clone TrooperThe backbone of the clone army.

Identical in form, physical prowess, stamina and mental capacity, each of the first generations of clone troopers was grown in the cloning facilities of Tipoca City, on the storm-drenched world of Kamino.

Weapons & Abilities

  • Clone Pistol:
    • Level 1: A standard-issue pistol, with nothing special about it.
    • Level 2: Enables secondary charged bouncing shot - higher charge allows for more bounces.
  • Clonetrooper Rifle:
    • Level 1: Gives a clone a standard-issue rifle.
    • Level 2: Increases rate of fire.
    • Level 3: Gains a very high rate of fire.
  • Charged Blasts:
    • Adds a secondary firing mode to the Clonetrooper Rifle. A Charged Blast is a kinetic blob of blaster energy which (while doing a small amount of damage) knocks most opponents to the ground.
    • Each level grants 3 rounds of ammunition for this firing mode.
  • Reinforcement:
    • Level 1: One additional life.
  • Stamina:
    • Higher levels in this ability allow you to regain lost stamina faster. Sprinting drains your stamina.
    • Level 3: Permits you to regenerate lost Stamina without having to slow down to a walk or stop.

Elite Trooper

Elite TrooperBetter trained and equipped than the average soldier, but less numerous.

This class represents characters like e.g. Endor Commandos or Hoth Troops.

Weapons & Abilities

  • Pistol:
    • Level 2: Enables alt charged fire.
  • Blaster:
    • Level 2: Adds a faster secondary fire.
    • Level 3: Makes secondary fire more accurate and increases the clip capacity.
  • A280:
    • Level 1: A medium-powered high-velocity rifle.
    • Level 2: Adds a rapid-fire mode (Toggle with the Weapon Mode key.).
    • Level 3: Adds a scope on the alt-button.
  • Frag Grenade:
    • Each level adds one frag grenade per life. Primaries bounce around and explode with massive damage, secondary frag grenades explode on impact and knock people to the floor while doing little damage.
    • Maximum: 2 per life.
  • Reinforcement:
    • Level 1: One additional life.
  • Dodge:
    • Allows you to dodge incoming shots from a certain range and while facing them. With low levels of dodge, you have to keep still and you can only dodge so many.
      When higher levels are reached, you can dodge bullets while moving - even running at level 3. And the number of shots you can dodge in a row whilst moving slowly or remaining still increases.
      Note that disruptor shots are harder to dodge than other types of blasters.
    • Maximum: level 2.

Hero

HeroHeroes rely on their skill and speed rather than brute strength.

This class represents characters like Han Solo, Leia Organa or Padme Amidala.

Weapons & Abilities

  • Pistol:
    • Level 2: Enables alt charged fire.
    • Level 3: Gives a high-powered primary fire.
  • Blaster:
    • Level 2: Adds a faster secondary fire.
    • Level 3: Makes secondary fire more accurate and increases the clip capacity.
  • Projectile Rifle:
    • A sniper weapon - cannot be upgraded. Has two scope levels on alt-fire and cannot be fired outside of scope.
  • Frag Grenade:
    • Each level adds one frag grenade. Primaries bounce around and explode with massive damage, secondary frag grenades explode on impact and knock people to the floor while doing little damage.
    • Maximum: 3.
  • Dodge:

  • Heal:
    • Heroes have a limited heal ability representing their general health and fitness. Heal works between the health level boundries of 100, 75, 50 and 25. Once your health has gone below one of these boundries, you cannot go back up over it again. Increasing your heal level determines how fast you regen back to the next available boundry after being damaged.
  • Quick Throw:
    • A special ability unique to Heroes which allows them to get out, arm and throw a frag grenade with astonishing speed and accuracy. Of course you need to have bought at least one frag grenade to take advantage of this ability.
    • Level 1: Allows you to quick throw Primary Frag Grenades(Or Pulse grenades if you happen to have some.).
    • Level 2: Allows you to quick throw Secondary Frag Grenades(Or Pulse grenades if you happen to have some.).

Jedi

JediA noble order of protectors unified by their belief and observance of the Force, the Jedi hearken back to a more civilized, classical time in galactic history.

This class represents characters like Obi-Wan Kenobi or Luke Skywalker.

Weapons & Abilities

  • Lightsaber:
    • Saber Offense
    • Saber Defense
    • Saber Deflect
  • Neutral force powers:
    • Force Jump
    • Force Push
    • Force Pull
    • Force Sense
    • Force Block
  • Light force powers:
    • Force Speed
    • Mind Trick

General

Most of the powers work similarly to the base JKA powers, but there are subtle differences. Check Sensitive to the Force for more details.

Right mouse button is now used for defense. Press it to increase your defense to both saber attacks and incoming blaster fire. However, when increasing your defense, you also reduce your movement rate... The block button can also defend against Force Powers' effects to a limited degree.

Defending against blaster fire drains your force manna. Defending against saber attacks drains your Blocking Points (represented by the Red bar on the right of the screen). Check Lightsaber vs Lightsaber and Lightsaber vs Blasters for more details.

You can also defend against blaster fire while attacking if you have Saber Attack, Saber Defense, Force Seeing and Force Block at level 3. This is known as the Attack-Defense technique.

Soldier

SoldierSoldiers are weak individually, but their strength is in numbers.

This class represents the Rebel Alliance's standard troopers.

Weapons & Abilities

  • Pistol:
    • Level 2: Enables alt charged fire.
  • Blaster:
    • Level 2: Adds a faster secondary fire.
    • Level 3: Makes secondary fire more accurate and increases the clip capacity.
  • Frag Grenade:
    • Each level adds one frag grenade per life. Primaries bounce around and explode with massive damage, secondary frag grenades explode on impact and knock people to the floor while doing little damage.
    • Maximum: 1 per life.
  • Reinforcement:
    • Level 1: One additional life.
    • Level 2: Another additional life (for a total of 2).
  • Close Combat Training:
    • Most soldiers receive only limited combat training and are pressed into service with standardized weaponry. Some soldiers, not quite elites, get a little more, bringing their skills up near to the more elite classes' level.
    • Level 1: Allows kicks.
    • Level 2: Allows grappling attacks.

Wookiee

WookieeBig, mean furry killing machines.

This class represents characters like Chewbacca or Tarfful.

Weapons & Abilities

  • Pistol:
    • Level 2: Enables alt charged fire.
  • Bowcaster
    • Level 2: Increases firing rate & adds a scope on alt-fire.
    • Level 3: Further increases firing rate & adds charge-fire mode (Toggle with Weapon Mode key).
  • Frag Grenade:
    • Each level adds one frag grenade. Primaries bounce around and explode with massive damage, secondary frag grenades explode on impact and knock people to the floor while doing little damage.
    • Maximum: 2.
  • Wookiee Health:
    • Increases normal health up to 400 hp.
  • Wookiee Strength:
    • Level 1: Increases the Wookiee's melee strength.
    • Level 2: Increases the Wookiee's melee strength more, and makes the Wookiee immune to Force Push and Force Pull.
    • Level 3: Increases the Wookiee's melee strength even more, retains the immunity to Force Push and Force Pull that Level 2 grants, makes the Wookiee impervious to Force Grip and prevents Force Lightning from stopping the Wookiee from firing. It also makes the Wookiee virtually impossible to knock down by any means. Finally, if a Wookiee with Strength 3 switches to melee, he can run faster than normal.
